Worksite Assessment and Return to Work


Many of our practitioners have suitable qualifications and experience to conduct worksite assessment and develop return to work programs. In particular our Spinal Management Clinics and Workfit physiotherapists have specific training in providing these services.
 
A worksite assessment can be an invaluable took in work related injury as a means of:
  • Identifying hazards and suggesting risk control measures to prevent injury
  • Identifying suitable duties for an individual with a work related injury and limited capacity
  • Developing a plan for a graduated and durable return to work
As treatment providers our knowledge of the clinical situation assists in determining work capacity and therefore appropriate suitable duties.
 
All worksite assessment and return to work planning is billed under the relevant treatment provider code.
